You know what is quite delicious? Well, I will tell you. Cheese curds microwaved for 10 to 15 seconds. They get just soft and gooey enough. It is heaven. We have this amazing cheese factory and shop just the down the street from us, and my sister and I stocked up yesterday. I have already polished off the curds I got. Why must cheese be so good? Why can't celery hold the same appeal? Sigh. I also had cheesecake for breakfast. :)
Oooo! Maybe we could get together with a brilliant scientist and convince him/her to develop a delicious variety of cheese-flavored celery. Maybe.
